API Credentials - Service Credentials
We implemented a new Service Credentials capability, available in the Developers section of the menu.
Alongside the existing User credentials, you can now create Service credentials - API keys that are not tied to a single user account. Service credentials can be created and revoked only by a Fynapse Security Administrator or Fynapse System Administrator, and their permissions can be scoped:
- All - full access to all current and future REST APIs
- Restricted - access limited to individually granted API permissions
