Home Screen

Overview

The Home screen in Fynapse includes a Dashboard that presents processing statistics for inbound data.

The data in the dashboard can be filtered by a selected period. Each time you leave the Home screen, the filter is reset to the last 30 days.

You can return to the Home screen from anywhere in Fynapse, by clicking the logo in top left corner of the header.

The Dashboard consists of five sections.

Ingestion

The Ingestion section provides the following metrics:

• Total files pending - the total number of files awaiting ingestion
• Total of files processed - the total number of files ingested
• Reference data files - number of ingested files with reference data
• API calls - number of ingestion API calls
• Errors - number of ingestion errors
  The number of errors is a link that will redirect you to the Errors screen, where you can view the errors.

Processed data

The Processed data section provides the following metrics:

• Flow triggers - records processed as the result of triggered Flow processing, the information is broken down by Entity the data is processed to
• Business Events - processed Business Events ingested in a file on the File Ingestion screen
• Errors - number of processing errors
  The number of errors is a link that will redirect you to the Errors screen, where you can view the errors.

Journals

• Journals awaiting approval - Journals ingested on the Adjustment Portal screen awaiting approval under Approval Workflows
• Journals denied approval - Journals ingested on the Adjustment Portal screen denied approval under Approval Workflows
• Posted Journals - processed Journals that were posted
• Unposted Journals - processed Journals that have Posting Date in the future
• Total Journal Lines - total number of processed Journal Lines
• Errors - number of processing errors

Journal Lines processed per day

This section consists of a diagram presenting Journal Lines processed per day. The diagram covers the entire period determined by the filter at the top of the screen.

When you place your cursor on an item in the graph, you will get the statistics from the Journals section for the given day.

Daily average processing speed

This section consists of a diagram presenting the daily average processing speed for Journal Lines per hour. The diagram covers the entire period determined by the filter at the top of the screen.
